My name is Willow Thickson and I am the owner and primary trainer in this company. There are a lot of trainers out there, but I believe what makes me different from my competition is that I am not a trainer that is going to preach at you to live carb, alcohol, and fat free. I understand the "social" needs that our society implements on our behaviour (alcohol, partying, eating out etc.) what I want to do is engage my audience and "trainees" in a system of balance. Teaching them how you don't have to spend hours at the gym, or fret over your carb content, that you can live a good life if you know what you are doing and how to train for it. I don't preach organic west coast, I preach fun, fit, and healthy. Health is not thin and model skinny, health is knowing that you are doing the most you can to keep your body in its optimal condition (and looking fantastic is not a bad side effect).
